Pathmaker, your footsteps
are the path and nothing more;
pathmaker, there is no path,
you make the path by walking.
Antonio Machado (translated by Robert Bly).
I’m an ‘integrative therapist’ – for me that reflects my curiosity about the human condition and the many different ways to make sense of this. I draw on a range of ideas in my work with clients including:
existential-phenomenological inquiry; integrative arts and person centred psychotherapy;
eco psychology – exploring the ecological self and landscapes – nature based therapy
