Living the Questions

Counselling, Psychotherapy & Supervision

I am a UKCP accredited therapist offering personalised and collaborative psychotherapy therapy for adults. I offer a safe, thoughtful space, always shaped by who you are and what matters most to you.

If you're looking for a therapist, I would be pleased to talk to you about how we might work together.

People come to therapy for many reasons — sometimes with a clear concern, other times with a sense that something just isn’t right. I work with individuals presenting a wide range of experiences - together, we can explore whatever you choose to bring: your past, your present, or your hopes for the future — and how these may be connected. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, curious, or unsure, our work will unfold at your pace, in a space of care and respect.

Areas I Often Work With

You don’t need to have a diagnosis, a fixed goal, or a clear story. We can begin with whatever you’re holding, and see where that leads.

Anxiety and overwhelm

including chronic or persistent stress

Grief and loss

including bereavement or complicated grief

Life transitions

feeling stuck, directionless, or questioning “what now?”

Relationship challenges

crisis, trust ruptures or disconnection

Workplace and career struggles

burnout, bullying, and lack of meaning

Not living the life you expected

whether through childlessness, identity, or choices that feel different

How to work with me

Let's talk

Taking the first step into therapy can feel uncertain. I offer a free, no obligation  30-minute meeting online, where you can ask questions, get a feel for how I work, and share as much (or as little) as feels right for you.

It’s a chance to explore what you’re hoping for, and whether working together could support that.

If you’d like to begin with a conversation, you are warmly invited to get in touch.

Psychotherapy

I offer personalised and collaborative adult psychotherapy. The direction of our work will emerge from what you bring and how you experience the process. I aim to build a relationship where you feel supported to explore challenges and dilemmas you may be facing in life. I’ll help hold the threads of our work, and be alongside you as the process unfolds.

If you’d like to work with me, please get in touch.

Supervision

I am a UKCP accredited supervisor for adult psychotherapy. I offer short/interim and long term supervision including outdoor sessions — walking together in nature or quiet urban spaces.

Whether you are a qualified therapist or currently in training, please get in touch for a conversation about how we might work together.

About Me

I’m a UKCP-registered psychotherapist and supervisor, in private practice since 2009.

I am curious, reflective, sometimes restless — drawn to walking, writing, and wondering about life’s big questions.

As a therapist, I have been described as thoughtful, compassionate, and willing to stay with what feels difficult or uncertain.

I trained in existential, person-centred and integrative arts psychotherapy, and my practice is enriched by embodied work, creative approaches, and nature-based perspectives. At the heart of my work is a belief that therapy is a place to explore — to live the questions, to face what feels hard, and to discover new possibilities for being in the world.

I am an accredited member of the UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy) and a member of the SEA (Society of Existential Analysis) and abide by the ethical codes.

Follow me on social media:

"I continue to carry a lot from our sessions day-to-day. After making a change we had talked about, it feels like the burden of an unsolvable problem has been lifted."
