Taking the first step into therapy can feel uncertain. I offer a free, no obligation 30-minute meeting online, where you can ask questions, get a feel for how I work, and share as much (or as little) as feels right for you.
It’s a chance to explore what you’re hoping for, and whether working together could support that.
If you’d like to begin with a conversation, you are warmly invited to get in touch.
I offer personalised and collaborative adult psychotherapy. The direction of our work will emerge from what you bring and how you experience the process. I aim to build a relationship where you feel supported to explore challenges and dilemmas you may be facing in life. I’ll help hold the threads of our work, and be alongside you as the process unfolds.
If you’d like to work with me, please get in touch.
I am a UKCP accredited supervisor for adult psychotherapy. I offer short/interim and long term supervision including
Whether you are a qualified therapist or currently in training, please get in touch for a conversation about how we might work together.
My approach brings together existential-phenomenological inquiry, person-centred values, and integrative arts-based methods. I also draw on embodied practices, nature-based work, and systems thinking. I’m especially interested in how we make meaning, how we live with uncertainty, and how we stay connected to ourselves and others through change.
Over the years, I’ve deepened my work through study, personal therapy, movement, and reflection. I’ve been in private practice since 2009, working with adults from many walks of life. I am an accredited member of the UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy) and a member of the SEA (Society of Existential Analysis) and abide by the ethical codes.
